These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of GLOBAL EXOD SAS and its customers in the context of the sale of products via the website www.exod.store.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Any order placed on www.exod.store implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These Terms apply to any order placed via the www.exod.store website.
A consumer is defined as any natural person entering into a contract for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity.
A professional or business customer refers to any natural or legal person acting within the scope of their professional or commercial activity, whether private or public.
By clicking on the “Pay Now” button to confirm the purchase of one or more selected products, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
Customers are therefore invited to read these terms carefully.
No purchase may be made from the site without prior acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer’s browsing and use of the website is also subject to the Terms of Use available on the site, which the customer declares to have read and accepted without reservation. EXOD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the website.
The applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in effect at the time the customer places the order.
Specific rights under consumer protection laws (such as the right of withdrawal) apply only to customers legally considered as consumers.
I. Sale of In-Stock Products
1. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations (in color, material, or finish) may exist between the visuals displayed on the website and the product delivered.
2. PRICES
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping fees.
Shipping costs are added at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
3. ORDER AND PAYMENT
Orders are placed online via the website www.exod.store. Payment is due immediately and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other available method. The customer receives a confirmation email once the payment has been validated.
Products remain the full property of GLOBAL EXOD until full payment, including all applicable fees and taxes, has been received. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the products and their proper care.
GLOBAL EXOD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed suspicious, unusually large, or fraudulent, without compensation. This includes, in particular, multiple orders of the same product with the intention of unauthorized resale.
4. DELIVERY
In-stock products are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
EXOD cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
If an order contains multiple items, GLOBAL EXOD may, if necessary, proceed with delivery in multiple shipments. No additional fees will be charged for managing these shipments, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
5. CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR INTRA-EU AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all orders, whether within the European Union or to a country outside the EU, the customer may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the amount paid at the time of order.
GLOBAL EXOD ships its products, both in stock and pre-orders, from its logistics warehouse located in Hong Kong. As a result, all goods delivered may be subject to the customs regulations of the destination country, including within the European Union.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding any applicable taxes and import procedures. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of these charges and for completing any necessary customs formalities.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
A full refund will be issued after verification of the returned products’ condition.
7. WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
EXOD products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Excluded from warranty coverage:

normal wear and tear,

damage resulting from misuse,

unauthorized modifications or repairs.
All after-sales service (SAV) requests must be submitted by email, including photos, the order number, and a description of the issue.
Processing may take between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the case.
8. LIABILITY
EXOD shall not be held liable for misuse of its products or for any damage resulting from incorrect installation or non-compliant use.
Unless expressly authorized by GLOBAL EXOD, all products are intended exclusively for personal or recreational use.
Any resale, redistribution, or professional use (rental, commercial expeditions, events) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
9. PERSONAL DATA
EXOD is committed to protecting its customers’ personal data. Data is used solely for order processing, customer relationship management, and commercial communication. In accordance with the law, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data at any time.
10. DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the French courts.
II. Sale of Pre-Ordered Products
1. NATURE OF THE PRE-ORDER
A pre-order with EXOD is considered a voluntary contribution, similar to a crowdfunding campaign. The customer is supporting the design, industrialization, or relaunch of a limited-series product.
The product is not immediately available; its production depends on the number of pre-orders, the availability of components, and the smooth progress of manufacturing stages.
2. CONTRIBUTION WITH RISK OF NON-COMPLETION
By participating in a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that they are making an advance payment to support a product still in development.
In the event of project failure (e.g., technical impossibility, supply chain disruption, prolonged delay), the amount paid may be partially or entirely lost, and there is no contractual obligation to deliver the product.
Nevertheless, EXOD commits to offering responsible alternatives: store credit, a new delivery estimate, partial refund, or other fair compensation.
3. INFORMATION AND TRANSPARENCY
The information provided at the time of pre-order (visuals, descriptions, features, estimated delivery dates) is indicative only.
EXOD commits to keeping customers informed through regular newsletters.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a legal period of 15 calendar days from order confirmation to exercise their right of withdrawal.
This right applies only if production has not yet started. Once this period has expired and/or production has begun, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Delivery dates are provided for information only. Delays may occur. No refund may be claimed as long as production continues within a reasonable timeframe.

7. TECHNICAL MODIFICATIONS

8. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer may request a change of shipping address until production is complete, provided that the new address is in the same country.
No change of country will be accepted after the order is confirmed.
9. PRIORITY AND STOCK ALLOCATION
In the event of limited production, orders will be fulfilled in the chronological order in which they were confirmed.
If a pre-order cannot be honored, a full refund will be issued.
10. ABSENCE AT DELIVERY
The customer is responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the package. In the event of extended absence or return to sender, the cost of reshipment shall be borne by the customer. EXOD recommends informing the team in advance of any unavailability.
11. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
The customer agrees to provide valid and up-to-date contact details (email, phone, address).
EXOD cannot be held responsible for communication failures due to incorrect or outdated information.
12. RETURNS AND EXCLUSIONS
The right of return does not apply to pre-ordered products, in accordance with legislation governing made-to-order goods.
No return will be accepted except in the case of a proven defect or major non-conformity.
13. WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Pre-ordered products benefit from a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing or material defects.
Depending on the case, EXOD may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Warranty exclusions are identical to those for in-stock products (wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, etc.).
14. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Pre-orders are personal and non-transferable. Any resale or transfer to a third party without EXOD’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
EXOD shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill the contract due to force majeure (natural disasters, conflict, pandemics, logistical breakdowns, etc.).
16. FULL ACCEPTANCE
By validating a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the entirety of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, including all clauses specific to pre-orders.
III. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
1. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. EXOD offers the following payment methods:
1.1 Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Payments are processed via a secure payment platform. Banking data never transits through EXOD’s servers. The card is charged as soon as the order is confirmed.
EXOD reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of payment authorization failure or suspected fraud.
1.2 PayPal
Customers may choose to pay via their PayPal account. The amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
According to PayPal’s current policy, transaction fees are not refunded to the seller in the event of a refund, even if the order is fully canceled.
As a result, for any order paid via PayPal, the refunded amount will be reduced by the transaction fees initially charged by PayPal. These fees vary depending on the buyer’s country and currency, and are determined by PayPal’s active rate schedule.
For a PayPal account based in France, these fees typically apply as follows:

Euro zone (EU): approx. 3.4% + €0.25

North America: approx. 4.4% + fixed fee depending on the currency

Asia and the rest of the world: approx. 4.9% + fixed fee depending on the currency
GLOBAL EXOD does not retain any of these fees: they are directly withheld by PayPal and are non-refundable. By choosing PayPal, the customer accepts this deduction.
1.3 Bank Transfer (on request)
Payment by bank transfer is available for certain specific orders, particularly professional or international ones.
The order will only be confirmed after full receipt of funds into GLOBAL EXOD’s bank account.
Any bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
