Payment & Withdrawal
Pre-orders are processed as advance purchases, contributing directly to production. Payment is required in full at the time of order. As stated in our terms, cancellations and refunds are possible within 15 days of purchase and before the pre-order campaign closes.
Delivery Timeline
Our production is on track for shipping in late summer 2025. As with any exciting project, there may occasionally be minor adjustments due to supply chain dynamics. Since this is our second production round, all processes have been improved and streamlined to minimize any unexpected delays.
Customer Support & Warranty
A warranty period of 2 years will be outlined upon delivery. Our customer support remains available for any issues regarding the product upon reception. We apply a 100% inspection before shipping. If your product arrives with any issues, we’ll be happy to assist you and find a solution in line with our return policy.
